CaseValueCalc does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use our calculators. All calculations are performed locally in your browser — your inputs are never transmitted to our servers.

We may automatically collect the following non-personal technical data through standard web server logs and third-party analytics services:

• IP address (anonymized where possible)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time on site
• Referring URL
• Device type and operating system

If you contact us by email, we collect your email address and the content of your message for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

2. Google AdSense and Cookies

This site uses Google AdSense to display advertising. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

6. Other US State Privacy Laws

We comply with applicable state privacy laws including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and other applicable state laws. Residents of these states may exercise the same rights described in our CCPA section above.

7. Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out from the sale and sharing of your personal information under applicable law.

We also honor browser Do Not Track (DNT) requests where technically feasible. However, as there is no consistent industry standard for DNT, our response may vary by context.

8. Data Retention and Security

We retain server logs and contact form submissions for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. We use industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

CaseValueCalc is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@casevaluecalc.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
