CaseValueCalc is a free educational resource. We read every message. We cannot answer questions about your specific legal situation — that is what a licensed attorney in your state is for — but we take data errors seriously and fix them.

What we cannot do
We cannot tell you what your case is worth, whether to accept a settlement, or whether you have a claim. Those are questions for a lawyer who knows your facts.
